These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or place an order through the Zorrvo website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you if we need to confirm your order or delivery details.
2. Product information
We aim to present our products, colours, images, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.
4. Payment
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Payment is made when your order is delivered.
5. Delivery
Zorrvo delivers across Pakistan.
Standard delivery costs Rs250 per order. Delivery is free when you order two or more Zorrvo Apex bags.
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a working telephone number at checkout.
6. Order cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-dispatch cancellation. If you receive the order and wish to return it, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies.
7. Cash on Delivery orders
If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused or cannot be delivered, the parcel may be returned to Zorrvo.
If you no longer want an order, please contact us as early as possible so we can try to cancel it before dispatch.
8. Returns and exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted where the product is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs for a change-of-mind return.
For exchanges requested because of a change of preference, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and re-delivery costs.
Different arrangements may apply where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
9. Refunds
Eligible refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed through Easypaisa or JazzCash after the returned product has been received and checked.
10. Website use
You may use this website for legitimate shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access areas or systems you are not authorised to access.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies or website change. The version displayed on this website applies at the time you use the site or place an order.
